This app works great in order to get a general overview of the rental prices of any given area. It would be nice if there were more private rentals shown, since this is where the better deals are.

This app is a really good idea, it simplifies the way people look for rental spaces. What I found when using this app was that the refined searches never work. For example you refine to "3+" bedroom spaces and nothing comes up, yet when you try to refine to "3" bedroom places a few places pop up. When you dont refine it all you end up getting tons of places some with five bedrooms. I dont understand why this is the case but I have stopped using the app because of it

The app does not seem to be able to recognize Canadian addresses as Canadian. Its pretty useless if you cant list properties for rent.

Works well! Show many rentals! Works better than most of the other apps!

Ive used pretty much every website out there. I also have realtors who send me MLS listings. Ive used other mobile apps and this one is by far the most convenient and user friendly one. The only comment I would have is to amp up the different filtering options.

This app shows thesame condos for rent that i found on kijiji or viewit.ca but with an extra 200-400 $ in rent price. Where do they get the prices?...
